Aluminum
Ubiquitous in industrialized environments, aluminum in its cauterized industrial form destroys zeta potential, the electrical charge that keeps nutrients suspended in blood, neurological fluid, and lymph. Nutrients drop out of suspension, transmission fails, and every fluid-dependent system degrades simultaneously.
Aluminum is one of the most pervasive and destructive toxins in the modern environment, according to Aajonus Vonderplanitz, and virtually no person living outside of a jungle is free of it. It enters the body through a remarkable range of sources: vaccines containing liquid aluminum, canned foods and beverages, aluminum cookware, aluminum foil used in food preparation, antiperspirant deodorants, oxidized aluminum in window and door screens (which produces a fine dust that is inhaled continuously), and chemtrails that disperse aluminum compounds from the atmosphere down into the air people breathe. In thousands of hair mineral analyses, Aajonus found that every single person tested carried high levels of aluminum, and he considered it the most prevalent and likely the most damaging form of metal poisoning in the industrialized world.
The central mechanism by which aluminum causes harm in the body is the destruction of what Aajonus called zeta potential. Zeta potential is the electrical charge that allows nutrients to remain suspended in fluid mediums, specifically blood, neurological fluid, and lymphatic fluid. When aluminum enters these fluids it neutralizes that charge, causing nutrients to drop out of suspension and settle, much the way fish in an aquarium sink to the bottom and cannot swim when liquid aluminum is introduced into the water. This analogy appears repeatedly throughout his teaching because it captures the precise functional consequence: the nutrients that are supposed to travel through fluid to reach cells, neurons, and ganglia simply stop moving and cannot be delivered. The result is not dramatic acute poisoning in most cases but a systemic degradation of every system that depends on fluid-borne nutrient transport, which is essentially all of them.
Natural Versus Cauterized Aluminum
Aajonus made a clear and important distinction between aluminum in its natural form, as it occurs in raw foods and raw clay, and aluminum that has been cauterized through heat or industrial processing. Natural aluminum, such as that found in strawberries and other raw foods, and in deposits of volcanic or aquifer clay, retains its ionic bonds with proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, and other minerals. In this fully bonded form, aluminum is not a free radical and does not behave as a toxin. It can transmit light, function electrically, and integrate usefully into the body's metallic mineral matrix, which is the foundation of how the nervous system and brain function. Aajonus stated plainly: "Aluminum can work very well for transmitting light. So if you have aluminum like in strawberries and other foods that are high in aluminum that's a good thing when it's in a natural raw food."
When aluminum is cauterized, which happens through any industrial heating process, cooking, or the specific chemical manufacturing involved in producing vaccine adjuvants, the ionic bonds are fractured and the aluminum becomes an isolated, reactive metal stripped of all the co-factors that made it functional. In this state it becomes a free radical, highly electrically disruptive, and capable of neutralizing the zeta potential of any biological fluid it contacts. Aluminum pots and pans, aluminum foil, soda cans, and the liquid aluminum used as a vaccine adjuvant are all sources of this cauterized form. A book published statement from Aajonus notes: "Aluminum never occurs naturally in the human body and is toxic. Cooking food in aluminum foil and eating canned food, including beverages stored in aluminum, cause many complications in the body."
Sources of Toxic Aluminum Exposure
Aajonus catalogued the sources of cauterized or otherwise toxic aluminum exposure in considerable detail across many discussions. Vaccines are identified as the single greatest acute source of aluminum poisoning because the liquid aluminum used as an adjuvant is injected directly into the body, bypassing all digestive and detoxification barriers, and travels immediately to the brain and nervous system where metallic minerals are concentrated. Aajonus described how aluminum in vaccines is deliberately used to hold other toxins, including mercury, in place within the body, preventing the body from cycling them out. He stated: "The aluminum is put in the vaccines to hold those toxins into the body. If you were to get a shot without liquid aluminum, it holds the toxins in the body indefinitely for a whole lifetime if you don't know how to remove it."
Aluminum cookware, including aluminum pots and pans, transfers cauterized aluminum into any food cooked in or stored in it. Aluminum foil wrapping food, especially when heated, leaches aluminum throughout whatever it contacts. Canned foods and beverages stored in aluminum cans leach aluminum through a process of metal-ion migration from the can wall into the food, particularly in acidic foods. Deodorants containing aluminum compounds are applied directly to the skin over a highly absorbent area, and Aajonus explained the mechanism: aluminum is added to deodorants specifically because it holds substances in place on the skin, preventing them from washing away or perspiring off, which simultaneously means it holds itself against the skin for maximal absorption. Screen doors and window screens made of aluminum oxidize continuously, producing a fine aluminum dust that is inhaled every time a person passes through or near them. Chemtrails, which Aajonus addressed at considerable length, distribute aluminum compounds over large areas from aircraft, with the official explanations framing this as cloud seeding or solar reflection, though Aajonus considered those explanations to be false justifications for what was in practice the dispersal of industrial waste and a military-grade neurotoxic substance. He noted that Boeing held a contract worth approximately two billion dollars a year associated with chemtrail operations, that the stated rationale was reflecting the sun to reduce global warming, and that the practical consequence was blanket atmospheric aluminum exposure for the entire population.
Baking soda was also identified as a concentrated aluminum source, particularly relevant because it is consumed as a food ingredient and because parents may administer it to children who have no other obvious route of aluminum exposure.
Neurological Damage and Alzheimer's Disease
The neurological consequences of aluminum toxicity were described by Aajonus as the direct cause of Alzheimer's disease and a wide range of other cognitive and neurological impairments, from attention difficulties and memory lapses to severe dementia and full cognitive disintegration. The mechanism in every case returns to the destruction of zeta potential in neurological fluid. The nervous system and brain operate by conducting electrical charges and transmitting light, and both of these functions require metallic minerals to remain suspended and mobile in neurological fluid. When aluminum enters the neurological fluid it flattens the suspension. Synapses fire but the electrical transmission skids along the walls of the axons and ganglia passages rather than propagating through the fluid. The information does not arrive. Aajonus described this as: "The synapse goes to fire. The charges don't make it. They skid along the axon, the ganglion pipes."
He further elaborated that losing a word or a thought mid-sentence, the kind of momentary memory lapse that most people experience and many assume is normal aging, is typically caused by a small aluminum-induced transmission failure in the brain. Forgetting a thought that then returns is an aluminum problem. Forgetting something completely and permanently, losing memories entirely, is more typically a mercury problem because mercury, unlike aluminum, causes physical destruction of nerve tissue rather than just disrupting fluid conductance. Aajonus offered a practical test: if you cannot recall a word or complete a thought, suck a raw egg. If cognition returns within moments, the problem was low blood glucose, not aluminum. If the egg does not resolve it, aluminum is likely the cause.
In the context of Alzheimer's specifically, Aajonus distinguished between the calcification along nerves caused by long-term protein deficiency (as in vegetarianism or inability to digest cooked protein), and the fluid sediment problem caused by aluminum. He wrote: "Another factor that causes Alzheimer's is accumulated aluminum from vaccines, canned food and beverages, aluminum cook-wear and chemtrails. Aluminum destroys Zeta Potential causing high sediment in blood and neuro-serums and excessive clotting. That often causes hardening and scarring in the brain." He further stated that by the time Alzheimer's symptoms become manifest, the hardening and deterioration of nerve tissue is typically too advanced to reverse, but noted that fresh raw coconut cream eaten with cucumber showed early indications of dissolving the nerve hardening that underlies Alzheimer's, with the possibility of genuine reversal in some cases.
The Zeta Potential Mechanism
Aajonus described aluminum as a high-proton substance with unusual electromagnetic properties. It cannot be attracted to a magnet and yet, when placed in a highly electron-charged environment such as biological fluid, it neutralizes the electrical field completely. The zeta potential of any fluid is the measure of ionic activity, specifically the ability of ions to maintain an electrical charge sufficient to hold nutrients in suspension against gravity. When aluminum destroys this charge, every nutrient, mineral, and metabolic compound in that fluid drops out of suspension simultaneously. The image Aajonus used repeatedly is of fish in an aquarium: drop aluminum into the water and they all sink to the bottom and cannot rise. In biological fluids, nutrients that have dropped out of suspension cannot be delivered to cells. Blood that has had its zeta potential disrupted cannot transport oxygen effectively or remove carbon dioxide efficiently. The consequences include shortness of breath even with full respiration, lowered energy, feelings of imbalance and excessive thirst, lethargy, and generalized dissatisfaction.
In neurological fluid, the dropped-out nutrients prevent synapse transmission from completing its arc. In lymphatic fluid, the inability of suspended compounds to circulate impairs the body's ability to cleanse and heal. The overall picture Aajonus presented is one where aluminum does not attack tissues directly in the way mercury does but instead disables the transport infrastructure of every biological fluid system, producing deficiency and dysfunction at every site simultaneously.
Gray Hair Indicates Aluminum
Aajonus identified aluminum as the primary cause of graying hair in most people. The mechanism involves a vitamin he called PABB (para-aminobenzoic acid), which regulates pigmentation. Aluminum completely neutralizes PABB, and without functional PABB the hair loses its pigmentation and turns gray. He described a direct personal correlation: whenever he began going gray, a hair mineral analysis showed elevated aluminum as the dominant finding, and once he addressed the aluminum load and stopped actively dumping it, his hair returned to its natural color. He reported that as recently as seven to nine months before a given seminar, his hair had been as gray as an audience member's on the sides, and then returned to its natural color after addressing aluminum burden. He stated that hair going gray simultaneously with hair loss suggests that mercury is also present alongside aluminum.
Aajonus noted that in the current environment, with the volume of aluminum coming from chemtrails alone, reversing gray hair is increasingly difficult. For people over fifty, accumulated toxins and resulting deficiencies make reversal very difficult. His published recommendation for reducing aluminum levels and slowing or partially reversing graying included eating raspberries with raw butter, raw cream, and coconut cream. A more specific formula he cited included three-quarters to one cup raspberries with three to four tablespoons coconut cream, one to two tablespoons dairy cream, three tablespoons lime juice, two teaspoons lemon juice, and one teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar.
Bluish Sclera as Diagnostic Indicator
In correspondence with a parent whose child had bluish whites of the eyes, Aajonus stated directly: "Blueish sclera indicates that aluminum is in the bone marrow." He explained that aluminum interferes with nerve transmissions and that in combination with salt it can cause much cellular damage. He identified the concentrated sources relevant to a child as vaccines, chemtrails, baking soda, and some commercial foods, and stated that if a child is showing this sign, the body is not handling aluminum well. The distinction he drew regarding pain was: when pain is transient, the body is actively and adequately detoxifying; when pain is constant, it means the detoxification process is not running efficiently because the proper nutrients are not present in sufficient quantity.
Aluminum and Vaccines
The use of liquid aluminum as a vaccine adjuvant was one of Aajonus's most frequently discussed aluminum-related topics. He identified it as the worst form of acute aluminum exposure because injection bypasses all bodily defenses and because the purpose of the aluminum in the formulation is explicitly to hold the other toxic ingredients, including mercury (thimerosal), in place within the body for as long as possible. He noted that when he had aluminum and mercury stored together in his communication center as a result of childhood vaccines, it created a situation where completed language-related thoughts could not form, because those neural pathways were entirely neutralized. His personal experience was that as a child he had almost no capacity for language-related thought completion, and that the recovery of that function was connected to dietary changes including carrot juice.
Aajonus described a client who was brought to him at three years old, completely autistic, having received vaccines with the standard combination of mercury and liquid aluminum. By age six, this child was in school and functioning completely normally, which Aajonus described as the fastest recovery from vaccine-induced autism he had ever seen. He noted that aluminum in vaccines, because of its function as an indefinite toxin-retention agent, means that people who do not know how to remove it may carry those toxins for an entire lifetime.
The newsletter record of vaccine ingredients he identified includes aluminum hydroxide and aluminum phosphate, both of which he noted are directly linked to Alzheimer's disease. He also described the aluminum in tetanus shots specifically: "They have 76 quadrillion molecules of mercury in a tetanus shot. They have the liquid aluminum. They have formaldehyde, and they have other ingredients like squalene. All of them are poisonous individually. And when you put the soup together, they're very poisonous."
Aluminum in Relation to Mercury
Aajonus noted that when aluminum is bound with mercury, it reduces the immediate lethality of the mercury, or more precisely, it slows the rate at which mercury kills. The mercury bound to aluminum does not act as quickly but remains in the body much longer. He described this combination as creating compound damage: mercury destroys nerve tissue physically and permanently, while aluminum prevents fluid-borne transmission of nutrients and electrical charges. Together they produce both the physical destruction of nerve pathways and the functional collapse of the fluid systems those pathways depend on. He stated: "You've got a case of Alzheimer's and neurological disintegration" when both are present together in the brain.
The distinction in symptom type he drew was useful clinically: if someone loses a thought temporarily and it returns, that is aluminum-mediated zeta potential disruption. If someone loses a memory completely and cannot recover it at all, that is mercury-mediated nerve destruction. Both can coexist and frequently do in heavily vaccinated or industrially exposed individuals.
Aluminum and the Chemtrail Program
Aajonus discussed the deliberate atmospheric dispersal of aluminum at length in multiple workshop settings. He stated that the government and military were dropping barium and aluminum from aircraft under the justification of cloud seeding and solar radiation management, with claims that barium can affect precipitation and aluminum can knock back sunlight to generate more rainfall. He rejected these explanations as pretextual and stated that effective cloud seeding requires neither barium nor aluminum and can be done with relatively non-toxic compounds. His interpretation was that the aluminum being dispersed represents industrial and military by-product waste from weapons manufacturing, and that the neurological effects on the population serve additional purposes connected to military objectives.
He connected aluminum's explosive properties to this analysis: when aluminum powder is added to gunpowder at approximately seven percent concentration, it makes the explosive five times more powerful. Bullets sold commercially contain fifteen to twenty-five percent aluminum, and its presence in an explosive mixture can increase detonation force by three to five times depending on production method. When atmospheric aluminum combines with isolated sodium (salt) in the body, Aajonus suggested the combination may create micro-explosive reactions internally, stating: "What is likely to happen to your body? Having internal explosions all the time. And it will increase the explosive nature of salt, of sodium."
He also noted that the aluminum compounds dispersed in chemtrails kill bacteria and protozoa living in atmospheric water droplets, disrupting the ecology of the atmosphere itself in the same way aluminum destroys the biological function of internal body fluids.
Aluminum's Effects On The Brain
The brain and nervous system, Aajonus explained, depend on metallic minerals more than any other system in the body. Metallic minerals conduct electricity and reflect light, and these are the two primary mechanisms by which the brain processes information and coordinates the body. In trace amounts, in their naturally ionically bonded forms, metals including aluminum, lead, cadmium, mercury, copper, iron, and gold are not only non-toxic but functionally necessary. The brain has expanded significantly in the human species over the millennia corresponding to humans' increasing engagement with metals, and Aajonus suggested a causal connection: exposure to metals, even toxic ones, over evolutionary time has driven neural development.
When these metals arrive in the brain in cauterized form, from cooked food, canned food, vaccines, or industrial pollution, they become free radicals that disrupt rather than support neural function. The brain and nervous system, being the primary destinations for metallic minerals in the body, are the first and most severely affected tissues. Aajonus stated that virtually all cognitive and neurological dysfunction, from attention deficit to full dementia, has a toxic metal component, and that aluminum is the most universal of those metals because it is the most pervasive source of environmental contamination.
Removing Aluminum from the Body
Aajonus described aluminum removal as one of the most difficult detoxification challenges, stating that it took him many years of experimentation to develop effective approaches. Several substances and methods are identified across the source material.
Raspberries are the most consistently named food for aluminum removal. Aajonus attributed this to a binding affinity between raspberry compounds and aluminum. He recommended raspberries with fat for this purpose, specifically coconut cream and dairy cream, with lime juice and lemon juice and raw apple cider vinegar in the more complete formula. The fat component is necessary to carry the aluminum out of the body once it is bound.
Coconut cream is identified as a powerful metal chelator more broadly. He described applying coconut cream to a piece of tin-plated metal and observing it turn gray within an hour, demonstrating that coconut cream dissolves and pulls metals out of surfaces. This same property operates internally: coconut cream pulls metals out of tissues and out of biological structures. The description of raw coconut cream with cucumber as a potential treatment for the nerve hardening of Alzheimer's also operates through this mechanism.
Terramin clay (spelled variously in the sources as Terramine, Teraminn, Terman, or Cherriman) is a raw, uncauterized clay mined from an ancient aquifer in the California Mojave Desert at depths where temperatures never exceed 98 degrees Fahrenheit, meaning no mineral in the clay has been cauterized. Aajonus stated that this clay is high in natural aluminum, which is precisely why it works: natural aluminum attracts and binds to the cauterized toxic aluminum in the body, forming a complex that can then be carried out through the digestive tract. He stated: "That aluminum helps attach to the aluminum in the body. The aluminum that's in that terramin clay." He gave instructions for making a probiotic preparation from this clay: place one cup of clay in a two-cup glass jar, add one and one-quarter cups of water, stir to a plaster-of-Paris consistency, and allow to sit for four to five days for bacterial development before consuming.
Cilantro juice is mentioned as a substance that helps pull minerals, including toxic metals, out of the body.
Raw cheese, consumed in small amounts frequently (such as a sugar-cube-sized portion every fifteen minutes), was recommended as a mineral absorber for workers with heavy ongoing metal exposure, such as welders and construction workers handling radioactively contaminated steel.
Carrot juice is mentioned in the context of Aajonus's own childhood recovery from aluminum and mercury poisoning in the brain's communication center. He stated that the carotene in carrot juice "may be a way to neutralize and bind" aluminum in the brain, noting it was what helped him begin to recover language function.
Oysters and other shellfish (clams, urchin, scallops) are recommended for removing heavy metal toxicity more generally, particularly from industrial and occupational exposure, often combined with tomato, lime juice, and coconut cream in preparation.
For a child with aluminum in the bone marrow causing pain and bluish sclera, Aajonus recommended, once daily, three dates with two tablespoons no-salt raw butter and two tablespoons no-salt raw cheese for pain management, combined with raspberries and fat to actively remove the aluminum.
Aluminum and Animal Paralysis
In one case correspondence, Aajonus addressed a dog that had developed rear-end paralysis and identified aluminum as a nerve tissue disrupter capable of causing paralysis without necessarily causing permanent harm, distinguishing it from mercury which is more destructively permanent. He noted having seen approximately seventeen dogs and cats recover from rear-end paralysis that was not caused by physical injury, and described only one death from this kind of detoxification, which occurred in a dog aged fifteen or sixteen years. This case illustrates that the paralysis produced by aluminum is not necessarily a terminal event and may represent the body's process of mobilizing aluminum out of nervous tissue, which temporarily disrupts motor nerve function during the elimination process.
Aluminum in Deodorants
Aajonus described the use of aluminum in deodorants in mechanistic terms: aluminum is added because it holds substances in place on the skin and prevents perspiration from carrying the deodorant compound away into clothing. This is the same holding property that makes aluminum an adjuvant in vaccines, and in both cases the consequence of that holding property is that the aluminum itself is held against a highly absorbent biological surface for continuous absorption. Aajonus recommended replacing commercial deodorant with lemon or lime juice, noting that lemon works slightly better, and replacing soap and shampoo with fermented coconut cream in water (one ounce of coconut cream that has been left unrefrigerated until it turns pink, then mixed into eight ounces of water).
Aluminum, Para-Aminobenzoic Acid, and Pigmentation
The specific vitamin involved in aluminum's effect on hair pigmentation is para-aminobenzoic acid, referred to by Aajonus as PABB, which regulates pigmentation in the hair and likely in other tissues. Aluminum completely neutralizes this vitamin, and he described a direct personal and clinical pattern in which hair aluminum levels are the dominant finding whenever gray hair appears. He stated this as a testable relationship: whenever his hair was going gray, a check would confirm high aluminum as the primary mineral finding. The reversal of gray following reduction of aluminum burden in his own case, including going from fully gray on the sides to natural color over roughly seven to nine months, was offered as both personal evidence and as a general prognostic indicator that gray hair caused by aluminum is not necessarily permanent, provided the body can sufficiently clear its aluminum load.
