Allergy Shots
Categorized identically to all other vaccines, carrying the same five core toxic ingredients plus dozens more. The body stores these compounds in the stomach lining indefinitely, re-exposing itself continuously, while the underlying allergy mechanism, inadequate mucus production from poor protein assimilation, goes entirely unaddressed.
Aajonus Vonderplanitz did not treat allergy shots as a separate category from vaccines in general. In his framework, an allergy shot is a vaccine, subject to the same ingredients, the same toxic mechanisms, and the same long-term consequences as any other injection. When a correspondent wrote to him in February 2002 explaining that a friend "is on a regular vaccination program to get rid of them," referring to allergies, Aajonus did not address that vaccination program as a plausible treatment. Instead, he used the question as an entry point to explain what allergies actually are and why a raw diet resolves them, leaving the vaccination program itself implicitly dismissed as a non-answer built on a false premise.
His understanding of allergies was rooted in two distinct causes. The first is an enzymatic deficiency: a person lacks the enzymes to properly digest one or more constituents of food, those constituents pass into the blood undigested, and the blood is poisoned. The second is an accumulation problem: a person has an inability to utilize one or more constituents breathed, eaten, or absorbed, and those constituents accumulate to a very toxic level in the sinuses or blood, so that any additional introduction of the constituent causes severe reactions. In both cases, the body attempts to eliminate the offending constituent through mucus in the respiratory system. This is the mechanism behind sneezing, sinus congestion, watery eyes, coughing, and related symptoms. Injecting more toxins into a body already struggling with accumulation and enzymatic deficiency does nothing to address either root cause. It adds to the toxic load.
The reason this matters for understanding allergy shots specifically is that Aajonus located the allergy shot squarely within the broader vaccine category, with the same foundational ingredients and the same long-term storage consequences documented across all injections he discussed.
Allergy Shots In Aajonus Framework
Aajonus explicitly grouped allergy shots with all other vaccines when describing what the body stores in the stomach lining. In one of his autopsy discussions, he described performing examinations on 32 cadaver stomachs and finding significant concentrations of mercury, formaldehyde, ether, and aluminum in every single one. Thirty of the 32 were dense with vaccine toxicity. His exact framing was: "Whether it's from an allergy shot or all vaccines. Tetanus shot was a vaccine. All of these shots of vaccines had mercury in them and all those other toxic ingredients."
This is the central point: an allergy shot is not, in Aajonus's view, a milder or more targeted form of injection. It carries the same core ingredients as every other vaccine. He described the five basic ingredients present in every vaccine as liquid mercury, liquid aluminum, formaldehyde, ether, and detergent. On top of those five, vaccines carry anywhere from 26 to 67 additional toxic ingredients, all of which he described as toxic on their own merit and collectively forming what he called a "soup of toxins" whose combined effects no one has tested or can predict.
The Stomach Lining Storage
Aajonus's autopsy findings are particularly relevant to the long-term outcome of allergy shots. He explained that the stomach lining is the most resilient tissue in the body, capable of producing hydrochloric acid strong enough to dissolve bone without dissolving itself. The body uses this resilience as a storage strategy. When toxic substances from injections cannot be immediately neutralized or eliminated, the body deposits them into the stomach lining. A small amount is then dumped back into the digestive tract every time a person eats anything, and the person reabsorbs those toxins continuously.
He described this storage pattern as something he found across all 32 stomachs he examined, with the formaldehyde, ether, mercury, and aluminum being the highest concentrations in every case. He specified that this includes allergy shots. People whose bodies use this storage strategy tend to avoid the most dramatic short-term consequences: they do not go into anaphylactic shock, and they do not immediately develop the disease they were supposed to be vaccinated against. But Aajonus described the long-term consequence as a form of continuous low-grade poisoning, with the person re-exposing themselves to vaccine toxins every time they eat. He recommended raw, unsalted cheese eaten frequently, including two tablespoons first thing in the morning, to help absorb these continuously dumped poisons before they are reabsorbed.
Allergies Resist Injection Treatment
In Aajonus's understanding, allergies primarily arise from poor mucus formation. He described mucus as existing in multiple overlapping layers, ideally 11 to 15 layers, functioning like a woven fabric that prevents particles from passing through into the mucus membranes. When a person is not getting proper proteins, or is not assimilating and utilizing those proteins properly, the weave of the mucus becomes loose and sparse, sometimes only 3 to 5 layers. In that condition, particles that would normally be trapped and expelled pass through and trigger allergic reactions.
This means that an airborne allergy, a pet allergy, a pollen allergy, or a food sensitivity is, at its foundation, a problem of inadequate mucus production rooted in inadequate protein assimilation. Injecting a mixture of mercury, aluminum, formaldehyde, ether, detergent, and additional toxic ingredients into a body that is already struggling to produce proper proteins and mucus does not address the protein assimilation problem. It adds toxic compounds that further burden the system.
He also noted that particle allergies of this kind are always related to poor mucus formation in the sinuses, throat, lungs, or bronchioles, and that diet is the governing factor. A poor diet, which includes cooked food and industrially processed food, causes the kind of protein deficiency and digestive impairment that leads to sparse mucus and consequent allergic reactivity.
What Happens During Allergies
Aajonus also drew a distinction between true food allergies and what people misidentify as food allergies during detoxification. When someone on a raw diet has symptoms after eating raw milk or raw eggs, he was clear that the body is not actually allergic to those raw foods. The body is using those raw foods to cleanse stored toxic casein, old milk sugars, or other accumulated industrial compounds that were stored from years of consuming pasteurized or cooked products. The detoxification that results can look like an allergic response, but the raw food is the tool, not the allergen.
He did identify two genuine raw milk allergy presentations. Swelling of the eyes, mouth, and tongue indicates a true allergy to raw milk itself. Intestinal cramping within 10 to 15 minutes of drinking milk indicates an allergy to lactose specifically, meaning a milk sugar digestion problem. Outside of these specific presentations, reactions attributed to raw foods are in his framework evidence of detoxification of stored toxins, not allergies.
This distinction is directly relevant to the allergy shot question because someone on a vaccination program for allergies is, in his view, adding more toxins to a body whose allergic symptoms are themselves a sign of accumulated toxicity trying to exit. The injections compound the accumulation problem rather than resolving it.
Timeline For Resolution Without Shots
Aajonus stated that he had always seen allergy symptoms mitigate over time on a raw food diet, and that in most cases the symptoms become insignificant within three years. He acknowledged that a person may continue to experience allergies during that period as stored toxins detoxify, but the trajectory is consistently toward resolution. This three-year estimate appears across multiple source discussions of allergies including pet allergies, airborne allergies, and food sensitivities.
He addressed a case of a six-year-old girl with allergies to dogs and cats, whose symptoms included sneezing, watery eyes, coughing, stuffy nose, red bumps, and itching. The parents noted a family history of animal allergies and asked whether the condition was curable. His answer was framed within the same two-cause model: the body is either unable to properly digest a constituent or is accumulating something to a level at which any new introduction triggers a reaction, and the body is trying to move it out through respiratory mucus. He recommended raw food and indicated the condition was addressable through diet.
Toxic Injection Ingredients Storage
Aajonus repeatedly returned to the specific chemicals present in allergy shots and all other vaccines because understanding what is being injected is what makes the intervention comprehensible in his framework. He described liquid mercury as the most commonly listed ingredient under various disguised names: thimerosal, liquid thimerosal, antiseptic, antibacterial, preservative. He counted approximately 12 different names used to conceal that it is the same neurotoxic mercury compound.
He described the mercury content in terms of molecules: up to 76 quadrillion molecules of mercury in a vaccine, even in those labeled mercury-free, along with comparable quantities of aluminum and formaldehyde. He observed that even vaccines claiming to have removed thimerosal, when tested by researchers such as Dawn Winkler of California Vaccine Awareness, were found to still contain mercury.
The clinical consequences he described from these compounds in the context of injections generally, which includes allergy shots, ranged from neurological damage to pancreatic shutdown to cardiac effects, depending on where the toxins were stored. He described this organ-specific storage mechanism as the reason different people develop different conditions from the same vaccine ingredients: if the waste collects in the pancreas, the result is diabetes; in connective tissue, the result is MS or lupus; in nervous tissue, the result is various neurological disorders.
What to Do Instead
Aajonus's complete answer to allergies, whether airborne, food-based, or contact, was a raw food diet emphasizing easily digestible foods with adequate raw fat and raw protein. He indicated that eating raw food allows the digestive system to function with its own enzymes intact and supports the body in producing proper, multi-layered mucus that blocks allergen particles. He noted that allergen tests are performed on processed, altered proteins in laboratory settings, not in the body, and that those tests frequently show positive allergic reactions specifically because of the altered nature of the proteins. Raw proteins are not altered in the same way, and he argued that people will not have allergies to raw, non-genetically-modified, non-industrially-contaminated proteins under ordinary circumstances.
For insect fluid allergies specifically, he described a formula of 10 ounces of lime juice, 10 ounces of unheated honey, and 3.5 ounces of raw cream or never-heated-above-96-degree-Fahrenheit fermented coconut oil or stone-pressed olive oil. Drinking 4 ounces of this mixture every 3 to 4 hours daily for 10 days was described as usually resolving any allergy to insect fluids.
For airborne allergies and hay fever, he recommended eating a small amount of honeycomb for immediate relief, and eating plenty of raw fat daily, especially eggs, with red and orange fresh raw foods, as the long-term resolution path. A fresh raw orange, carrot, or tomato smoothie was described as soothing and healing to the sinuses. Fresh raw meat, particularly tuna and swordfish, was recommended to help heal and strengthen sinuses. Eating fresh local bee pollen, starting at one-quarter to one-half teaspoon six times daily, was described as capable of reversing hay fever conditions while keeping the risk of anaphylactic shock remote. For severe hay fever, he described working up to half a cup of unheated bee pollen daily, combined with at least one-third teaspoon of royal jelly and one tablespoon of unheated honey mixed into 12 ounces of fresh raw vegetable juice including carrot, sipped throughout the day. Drinking one-sixth of this mixture six times daily was described as capable of stopping sneezing and headache. He advised avoiding cheeses during hay fever season because they can cause dryness of the sinuses.
For vaccine-induced conditions resulting from injections received in the past, including the accumulated effects of allergy shots, he recommended the balanced raw diet from "The Recipe for Living Without Disease," with the afternoon fruit meal consisting of half to one cup of raw berries (raspberries, blackberries, boysenberries, or cranberries) blended with 3 to 8 tablespoons of raw coconut cream, 1 to 2 tablespoons of unsalted raw butter, and 1 to 2 tablespoons of raw cream. He specified this formulation as particularly useful for removing mercury and aluminum, the two compounds he identified as causing blood and neurological serums to become high in sediment and produce excessive clotting, resulting in strokes, seizures, and other neurological effects.
He also described cheese as the primary ongoing tool for absorbing the poisons that the body continuously dumps from the stomach lining. Raw, unsalted cheese taken first thing in the morning, in amounts of approximately two tablespoons for adults, was recommended as a baseline practice for anyone who has ever received any injection, including allergy shots.
