Meningitis, in Aajonus's framework, is not a disease in the conventional sense. It is a **detoxification of the two inner coatings of the brain (cerebral meningitis) or the spinal cord (spinal meningitis)**. It is the body's active, intentional process of cleaning out accumulated toxic matter, primarily metal toxicity, that has settled in the brain or spinal cord over time.
Aajonus's Definition
Meningitis, in Aajonus's framework, is not a disease in the conventional sense. It is a detoxification of the two inner coatings of the brain (cerebral meningitis) or the spinal cord (spinal meningitis). It is the body's active, intentional process of cleaning out accumulated toxic matter, primarily metal toxicity, that has settled in the brain or spinal cord over time.
The meningi, what Aajonus refers to interchangeably as "the meningitis," the meningite, or the meningi, are the 11 layers of tissue that coat the brain and nervous system. The outer layer of those 11 layers is the meningi proper. These layers have nerves, unlike the brain itself, which has only neurons and no nerve endings capable of pain. Because the meningi have nerves, any swelling, pressure, or inflammation in those layers is felt acutely as headache, neck stiffness, and radiating pain.
He explains: "The brain has no nerves. They're neurons. So I could do open brain surgery on you and talk to you at the same time. Don't. As long as I'm not hitting the speech center. And you'd never know I was touching your brain." However, "in the meningi there are nerves, and there are layers up to 11 layers of skin around the brain and the nervous system. And each layer is a little different. Each layer has different kinds of tissue that are specific."
The condition is most commonly observed in children, though it affects adults as well. Aajonus himself went through it a minimum of three times, in some accounts he says three, in others four, and regarded each episode as having produced significant physical improvement.
Meningitis exists in two fundamentally different forms according to Aajonus, each with a completely different risk profile and mechanism:
1. Bacterial Meningitis, The body has recruited bacteria to eat the dead, toxic, and damaged tissue in the meningi of the brain or spinal cord. Bacteria consume the waste and reduce it to 1–5% of its original volume. Very little swelling results. Medical professionals themselves, Aajonus notes repeatedly, do not consider bacterial meningitis nearly as dangerous, because the bacterial waste product is minimal and manageable. The body can handle it without massive fluid buildup.
2. Viral Meningitis, The body has been forced to use viral solvents (which Aajonus consistently describes as not alive, not organisms, not contagious, but rather protein bodies or cellular solvents) to dissolve toxic material in the meningi. Because viruses do not consume and reduce waste, they dissolve and dilute it, the result is an enormous volume of highly contaminated fluid that spreads throughout the body. This causes massive swelling in the meningi, pressing outward against the skull, which cannot expand as fast as the brain can swell. This is the dangerous form.
---
Root Cause
Meningitis is mainly caused by metal toxicity that settled in the brain or spinal cord. Aajonus is explicit: "Often, they are caused by the mercury, aluminum and formaldehyde in vaccines. The reason so many children develop meningitis is because they receive vaccines that damage nerve and brain cells."
He situates this in a broader understanding of how the brain operates chemically: "The brain uses more metals than any other parts of the body. How does the brain work? It works and solves electricity and light. What is the conductor for electricity and light? Transmitting light. Metals. Reflective metals. So you have all of this metallic contamination in the brain."
In his own case, the cause was the chemotherapy and radiation therapy he underwent in 1968 for metastasized stomach cancer: "I had it three times from the chemotherapy. Not a happy thing to get through." The radiation cauterized his spine, created bone cancer (multiple myeloma), solidified spinal tissue, and left massive toxic deposits that the body later needed to detoxify over many years and multiple meningitis episodes.
He also discusses a historical example involving industrial contamination: the body, in adapting to large influxes of metals into the spinal cord, eventually learned to store those metals in the spinal cord rather than elsewhere, leading to such contamination that bacteria, parasites, and fungus could not operate in the nervous system. In those situations, "the body was using polio to clean the nervous system."
A further causal thread: processed foods that contain metallic mineral preservatives (so nothing can grow in the food), cereals with metal-based preservatives, and canned foods, all of these contribute to metallic deposits in the nervous system over time, building the substrate that eventually requires a meningitis-level detox.
The reason viral meningitis specifically occurs, as opposed to the less dangerous bacterial form, is that the person's body is too poisoned to support bacteria or parasites. Aajonus states: "Because I was so poisoned with chemotherapy, I had no bacteria or parasites or fungus that could survive to help break down that toxic tissue, the organic tissue that was poisoned with the industrial chemicals." When bacterial and parasitic janitors cannot survive the chemical environment, the body has no option but to use viral solvents, and the result is vastly more dangerous.
---
Why This Happens
Meningitis sits within multiple intersecting principles of Aajonus's framework:
Detoxification, This is the primary principle. Meningitis is explicitly named as a detoxification process, not a disease. It is the body's mechanism for removing accumulated toxic substances from the nervous system coating.
Root Cause / Terrain Theory, The underlying cause is industrial chemical and vaccine-introduced metal toxicity creating a damaged, contaminated terrain in the meningi and nervous system.
Microbes, The distinction between bacterial and viral meningitis is one of Aajonus's primary teaching examples for why microbes (bacteria, parasites, fungus) are beneficial janitors versus why viruses (non-living protein bodies, cellular solvents) produce dangerous levels of toxic waste. He returns to this example in nearly every seminar when explaining the microbial framework.
Cooked Food, Cooked and processed foods contribute to the metallic mineral contamination and nerve tissue damage that creates the conditions requiring meningitis.
Sovereignty, Aajonus uses meningitis extensively as an argument against medical intervention, against vaccines, and against antibiotics, positioning fear of meningitis as one of medicine's primary fear-leverage tools over the population.

Symptoms Reframed
Aajonus lists the conventional symptoms directly: "fluctuating high fever, chills, headache, stiff neck, nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, sometimes pneumonia-like symptoms and temporary excruciatingly crippling pain in back and/or legs, and rarely coma."
He reframes every one of these:
Fever, Part of the detoxification process; the body is metabolically active, processing and moving toxic material.
Headache, Aajonus provides an unusually detailed mechanical explanation. "A lot of people have salt that stores in their brain. When the meningitis swells, that's what causes headaches." The brain swells as the meningi become inflamed and fluid-filled. "The skull doesn't swell along with it and you have a headache." The pressure of the swelling meningi against the rigid skull is what produces the headache sensation. "So what you do is, like I said in the book, you put a hot water bottle on each side, lie on your back, put a towel over that, tent the heat in so all the tendons and ligaments that attach the skull's fissures together will relax and your skull will swell." This tenting of the heat helps the skull bones relax along the fissures so the skull can expand to accommodate the brain's swelling. He notes the first 10 minutes are worse: "The first 10 minutes it gets worse because the brain swells first and the skull, it takes longer. So you have to make it through that little bit of 10 minutes of more headache. It takes about 5 minutes where it starts increasing, goes about 10 to 12 minutes of more pain and then it starts lowering at that point." He estimates "85% of your headache is gone" once the skull relaxes and expands.
Stiff Neck, Result of the meningi's involvement at the cervical level; the meningi connect from the brain down through the spinal cord.
Nausea and Vomiting, Detoxification responses as the body moves toxic material through available elimination channels.
Pneumonia-like Symptoms, Aajonus confirms this from personal experience: "I was crippled in bed for 2 days. I could barely move. The pain was excruciating all throughout my spine, down to my knees, coughing up tons of mucus. I had a beach towel that I filled with mucus for that 19 days." And: "whether it's spinal or cerebral meningitis because you feel like you're coughing your whole body out of yourself. I mean I would use bath towels and fill them with green mucus that was full of gangrenous tissue." This mucus is the primary discharge channel: "the brain mainly discharges its poisons. If you don't have tonsils, into the lymph glands, out the mucus membranes and you spew it out to the mucus."
Crippling Pain in Back and Legs, This is the body dissolving and moving toxic material along the spinal meningi. Aajonus notes it in his own case was specifically related to the radiation-cauterized tissue along his spine. The pain travels downward from the spine into the legs because the spinal meningi extend down through the lumbar region.
Drowsiness, The body is directing resources to the detoxification.
Coma, This is specifically a risk of viral meningitis only, not bacterial. "When you have a viral meningitis which means the coating around the brain or the nervous system is infected... the body needs to dissolve and clean it out... you've got possibility of damaging and rupturing the consciousness center. So you go into a coma, or you have an aneurysm, or you have a broken blood vessel in the brain."
Swelling, Aajonus reframes this universally as beneficial. "Anytime you have an infection means the cleaning janitory going on you have more nutrients flowing to the area and that's what swelling is. You always want swelling you never want to stop swelling." The swelling in bacterial meningitis is minimal and manageable. The swelling in viral meningitis is extreme and dangerous precisely because of the volume of toxic solvent fluid produced.
Eye Redness, "Your eyes will turn red with the water, with the swelling in the brain."
Earaches, "Maybe some earaches because it'll be dumping out the earwax too."
Seizures, A risk specifically in viral or in severe cerebral meningitis due to extreme swelling. "So what happens if you have cerebral meningitis and you have a massive amount of edema and swelling? You can have seizures. You can have permanent brain damage."
Paralysis, A risk specifically in viral spinal meningitis: "If it's spinal meningitis, you can have permanent paralysis." But in bacterial meningitis of either kind: "your chances of getting pre-paralyzed, having some kind of rupture in the spine or brain, is almost negligible."
Mucus Production, Aajonus does not treat mucus as a symptom to be suppressed. It is the primary vehicle by which the brain and nervous system discharge toxins. He filled entire beach towels and bath towels with green mucus during his own meningitis episodes. "Mucus is very important... You need tons of mucus, especially if you've been on a cooked diet most of your life. You need the mucus to discharge." He notes that green mucus "full of gangrenous tissue" was being discharged because the brain was clearing out that poisoned tissue.

Food Protocol
Aajonus's food protocol for meningitis is referenced across multiple workshop transcripts..." The following protocols are drawn from the workshop transcripts and We Want to Live references:
Raw Fat, Primary Protocol
Raw fat is the foundational remedy. The brain and nervous system require massive quantities of fat to heal and to provide the medium through which the detoxification can proceed without damaging healthy tissue. The body needs "fats to the area, the nutrients to the area, and water to dilute it. Because it will cause damage to healthy cells."
He discusses extensively that when he was unable to walk properly from radiation damage to his spine, it was "by eating tremendous amounts of raw fat, by figuring out, I went in and I studied physiology and biochemistry. When I needed it and where I needed it... So I ate tremendous amounts of avocado and raw butter and raw milks." Though that specific quote addresses bursitis, it reflects the same principle applied to spinal healing.
Rectal Suppository with Fats
For feeding the brain and nervous system directly: "She needs to do enemas with that fat. Really? Yep. And she could implant some high meat in there as well. She needs to feed her brain and nervous system." This is presented as a way of bypassing normal digestive routes and delivering fats directly to the nervous system through the rectum. He references "a small-finger-sized slice of raw beef into the rectum, leaving only 1/8 inch protruding from the anus all day and night" as one suppository approach (from the We Want to Live remedy section), and directs this toward nervous system feeding.
Cheese with Honey, Mineral Protocol
For stabilizing the connective tissue between the skull and the meningi, and for ensuring that dietary minerals are available and not being consumed entirely by detoxification, Aajonus specifies:
- "Two tablespoons of cheese with one and a half teaspoons of honey. Three times daily. About every eight hours. That'll provide the minerals."
- "She needs small amounts of cheese all day long, too. To make sure that her food minerals are not used for detoxification."
The cheese acts as a mineral absorber and stabilizer; the honey assists in the mineral delivery.
Celery Juice
For addressing salt deposits in the meningi, which Aajonus identifies as the most common cause of headaches accompanying meningitis: "eat more celery juice to pull those salts out of there." Celery juice is the primary tool for pulling excess salts out of the brain and meningi, thereby reducing swelling.
Tomatoes, Watermelon Rind
"Also eating tomatoes, watermelon, rind, and not the heart, the heavy sweet, the pink, and then the rind. Eat that. It'll help pull those salts. So you have less swelling in the brain." Specifically the white rind of watermelon, not the pink sweet flesh, it is the rind that functions as the salt-pulling agent.
Headache Formula from the Remedy Section
Aajonus references headache formulas from We Want to Live's remedy section: "lemon and honey and sparkling waters and some cream. There are different headache formulas in the remedy section." This combination addresses the remaining 15% of headache pain after the hot water bottle skull-expansion technique.
Hot Water Bottles, Physical Protocol
This is one of Aajonus's most specific physical interventions for meningitis headache:
1. Lie on your back. 2. Place one hot water bottle on each side of the head. 3. Cover with a towel and tent the heat so it holds around the head. 4. The heat relaxes the tendons and ligaments attaching the skull's fissures together. 5. This allows the skull to expand along its natural fissure lines. 6. "85% of your headache is gone." 7. The first 5 minutes the headache worsens as the brain continues swelling before the skull catches up. 8. Maximum increased pain occurs at 10–12 minutes. 9. After 10–12 minutes it begins to subside.
He specifies: "Always put heat never a heating pad because you have an EMF field hot water bottle EMF fields destroy the molecular structure of cells so always I don't care if you put hot water in a glass and wrap it over the towel that can be your hot water bottle the best is a rubber one if you want it to last a long time a true rubber hot water bottle so it doesn't out gas plastic."
If a tub is not available for bathing, the hot water bottle protocol is his alternative for viral detoxification situations: "If you can't get into a tub, you don't have a tub and you only have a shower, you get seven hot water bottles." He applies this principle specifically to getting viral contamination fluid out of the system so it does not continue to damage healthy tissue.
Hot Baths, Viral Meningitis Specific
For viral meningitis (or any viral contamination situation), the priority is moving the highly toxic fluid out of the body through the skin. "You get a virus, you're going to have a lot of fluid waste that's very toxic. You get into a hot bath many times a day to get that stuff out of the system so it doesn't start dissolving healthy tissue in your body." Multiple hot baths daily accelerate transdermal elimination of the toxic viral waste fluids.
Mucus Production Support
Mucus is the brain's primary discharge channel for detox waste. Supporting mucus production is critical: "the brain mainly discharges its poisons... into the lymph glands, out the mucus membranes and you spew it out to the mucus." Raw milk, eggs, and honey together build high-quality mucus: "Mucus is GOOD when built with good raw foods, especially milk, combined with eggs and a little honey."
High Meat (for Nervous System Feeding)
In the case of the woman with compromised connective tissue between skull and meningi: "She could implant some high meat in there as well", referring to the rectal delivery of aged/fermented meat to feed the brain and nervous system.

What to Avoid
- iAntibiotics
, Aajonus is emphatic and consistently outraged at the use of antibiotics for any meningitis, but particularly for viral meningitis. "They should be giving an antibiotic for a virus, for meningitis. Even the IV that you inject into you, even if they're only doing that, you're going to be swelling. So all of a sudden you rupture the spinal cord or the brain and you have a stroke. You're paralyzed." And: "That doesn't happen with bacterial meningitis. Only with viral meningitis." He notes the fundamental absurdity: "What antibiotics do? They kill all bacteria and microbes. Not just so-called janitorial bad ones." He also states: "If the infection gets more than you can handle for the pain or the discomfort, then lime juice is your antibacterial", establishing lime juice as the only acceptable antibacterial intervention.
- iiIV Fluids
, "Even the IV that you inject into you" worsens swelling in viral meningitis. Any intravenous fluid addition to an already swollen system accelerates the rupture risk.
- iiiVaccines (cause, not treatment)
, "Often, they are caused by the mercury, aluminum and formaldehyde in vaccines." Meningitis vaccines specifically: "In Placer County who've gotten, they say, meningitis. Because they're getting the vaccine for it." He states the vaccination program for meningitis is commercially motivated, not medically justified: "The incidence of cerebral meningitis was like one in every 200,000 people. That's very low to begin with. They want to make more money. A vaccine, look how much money they can make. They can scare the shit out of people."
- ivIce and Cold Applications
, "Before, when there was nothing to do, they didn't know what to do with the people, so they packed them in ice. Worst thing you can do." Cold reduces swelling but only by cutting off circulation, which prevents healing and leaves the spinal cord degenerating because "it wasn't cleansing." He states the rule universally: "Remember, no ice on any swelling. The body has that swelling to increase circulation to bring massive amounts of" nutrients to the area. "People put ice packs on things and what do they do? They prevent the circulation so all of those many nutrients are being moved into that area to clean out the area and heal it. You put ice packs on it what happens? It clots. They don't heal properly."
- vHeating Pads (EMF)
, While heat is beneficial, electric heating pads emit EMF fields that "destroy the molecular structure of cells." Always use hot water bottles, never electric heating pads.
- viStopping or Suppressing the Detox
, Any intervention that stops the meningitis process leaves the toxic material in the nervous system, which continues to damage it. "The disease is a cure as long as you're feeding yourself properly."
- viiReducing Swelling Prematurely
, Medical dehydration strategies: "they inject you with all these things will dehydrate you. That works, but that still doesn't correct the problem. It doesn't help the brain or the nervous system the spinal cord."
- viiiFear-Based Medical Intervention
, Aajonus frames the entire medical industry's approach to meningitis as driven by fear leverage. "They are terrorists. They are the greatest terrorists on this planet."

Recovery Timeline
Aajonus's accounts of meningitis recovery timelines vary depending on whether the person is eating the Primal Diet and how toxic their system is.
On the Primal Diet: "The only detoxification there's nothing to in the diet that usually ejects people into a bed is meningitis, spinal or cerebral meningitis. That's a tough one to do on any diet. And, it usually makes people bedridden for, you know, a period of time, up to 10 days. On this diet, whereas meningitis is the medical community works with you on it could be six to, six weeks to three months. And usually on this diet it's eight to 10 days."
So his stated comparison is: - Medical treatment route: 6 weeks to 3 months - Primal Diet route: 8 to 10 days
Bedridden Period: "I was crippled in bed for 2 days. I could barely move. The pain was excruciating all throughout my spine, down to my knees." This describes his personal experience. He notes that the period of crippling immobility is relatively short even in severe cases.
Total Episode Duration (Personal): "I went through spinal meningitis and meningitis for 19 days." He filled a beach towel with mucus during this 19-day period. After which "all of a sudden I said, well, now I've got now the test. Did I get better or did I get worse? Did I get stupid?" He found significant improvement in spinal flexibility.
Post-Recovery Regeneration: After his first meningitis (after only 1 year eating raw meat): "I regained 20% of my spinal flexibility lost from the radiation therapy I endured in 1968." "I could touch my shins" (previously had been unable to touch his knees).
After second meningitis (approximately 10 years later): "I could touch the floor. I could actually put my palms to the floor if I worked at it without bending my knees."
Recovery from a second severe episode took approximately five months for full regeneration: "lf, five months to recover from that. I was sore in the back. I was sore everywhere. But when I finished the regeneration from that I could touch my shins."
Recurrence Pattern: Meningitis episodes recurred in Aajonus's case at roughly 9 to 10 to 11 year intervals: "it only happens to be once every 9 to 10, 11 years." Each recurrence addressed a deeper layer of toxic accumulation along the spine or in the brain, producing cumulative gains in mobility and function.
He states he went through it 3 times (by one count) and 4 times (by another count, explicitly stating "I've had spinal meningitis four times in my life because of the damage they did to my spine, creating bone cancer and solidifying my spine with that radiation").
Most recently: "Last September my spine started again in the lower back. One place that had never really gone. The spinal meningitis is part of that mainly stuck from my waist all the way up to my brain. And this was the start of my lower spine. And I noticed it during sex. You know after half an hour of the old up and down all of a sudden I started feeling very sore." He recognized the onset pattern and knew what was happening.
Cumulative Improvement Arc: - Before first meningitis: Could not touch knees; had to sit down to do so. - After first meningitis: Could touch shins. - After second meningitis: Could touch the floor with palms. - Ongoing: "My back is almost completely renewed. Just one little vertebrae right here still is" [remaining]. - He states: "I got rid of 70% of that off my spine by going into spinal meningitis."

Questions Aajonus Answered
- Q: How do you know you have meningitis? The question was asked during a seminar: "How do you know you have that?" Aajonus's response is referenced but the full answer is not captured in the transcript at that point. However, from context and symptom lists, the identifying features are: fluctuating high fever, stiff neck, severe radiating pain in the back and legs, crippling immobility, massive mucus production, and the specific downward radiation of pain from the spine into the legs.
---
- Q: Regarding a woman who had fallen, hit her head, and was not healing: "She's resting. She's had acupuncture. She's had some body work."
Aajonus's response: "None of those are going to heal the brain. So tell me what she should do. She needs to do enemas with that fat. Really? Yep. And she could implant some high meat in there as well. She needs to feed her brain and nervous system. Also, it's obvious her brain and nervous system are not solid. Her connective tissue with meningitis to the skull is not sound. It's very weak."
- He then identified that the loose connective tissue between the skull and the meningi was the problem: "Her meningitis, the connective tissue between her skull and meningitis are not sound. And if the fluids are moving too well, then she doesn't have enough minerals and enough fat in her nervous system. So she needs the, like, three tablespoons of cheese."
He then calibrated based on her height (five foot seven): "She needs the two tablespoons of cheese with one and a half teaspoons of honey. Three times daily. About every eight hours. That'll provide the minerals. Now, she needs small amounts of cheese all day long, too. To make sure that her food minerals are not used for detoxification. Then she does that suppository with the fats. She will be feeding good fats into her brain."
- ---
Q: About a case involving someone who might be heading toward spinal meningitis: In a body reading session, Aajonus identified: "I'm going to recommend that you have, you need to handle that because you'll go into spinal meningitis. If you go into spinal meningitis when this is going on, it could be a long time to recover. I'm going to suggest, if that scares you, that's good because I want you to, you know, take care of this." He identified fat clumping in the intestines and liver affecting the spine and causing some hemorrhaging and ulcers, which he said would precipitate a spinal meningitis event if not addressed first.
- ---
Q: About meningitis incidence and vaccination programs: During a discussion about vaccines causing meningitis, Aajonus was asked about the incidence rates. His response: "The normal incidence? Well, it depends. If you're in, let's say, New York City, in children... the incidence of cerebral meningitis was like one in every 200,000 people. That's very low to begin with. Very low. They want to make more money. A vaccine, look how much money they can make. They can scare the shit out of people. When polio vaccine came out in 1958, the incidence of polio was down to one in 500,000. It was gone already. Now polio is still making lots of money to this day."
- He added: "It's increased the amount of deaths from meningitis", referring to the vaccination program having increased, not decreased, meningitis mortality.
---
- Q: On a person who was told she had meningitis in Placer County: "They're finding, I think one of them, there's achiness... Because they go into anaphylaxis shock. There's every allergy. When you're going through a severe detoxification...", Aajonus notes that people going through severe detoxifications present with symptoms that get attributed to meningitis infections when in fact the vaccine itself caused the toxic accumulation that the body is now detoxifying.
---
- Q: What would you rather have, a viral infection, a parasite, a bacteria, or a fungus? Aajonus answered: "I'll take any of them over a virus. And I want all of them because I want to be clean. I don't want to stop any of them. I wouldn't be well today if I stopped them. I would be dead today if I stopped them. I've had spinal meningitis four times in my life because of the damage they did to my spine, creating bone cancer and solidifying my spine with that radiation. I was in miserable pain. I rarely have pain in my back anymore. My back is almost completely renewed."
---
- Q: On whether to be afraid of meningitis: "Don't be afraid of pneumonia. Don't be afraid of meningitis. Don't be afraid of gonorrhea. Don't be afraid of any of those. It just means that you have toxicity in that area of your body and it will help it remove."
---
- Q: On doctors' treatment of viral meningitis: Aajonus explains their dilemma: "So then they start injecting you with antibiotics for a viral meningitis. Which is the dumbest thing in the world. That's going to cause more swelling. And then they inject you with all these things will dehydrate you. That works, but that still doesn't correct the problem. It doesn't help the brain or the nervous system the spinal cord."
And: "Doctors would say there was spinal meningitis. You're talking death 60 to 70% of the time. That's because they treat you with medications, but they still say you're going to die if you don't have your medication."
- ---
Q: On ignoring doctors' advice during his own meningitis: "They say you need antibiotics to kill that bacteria, the mening, the meningi, and then what happens? I'll be well, of course. It doesn't work like that, does it? So, I completely ignored them. I went through spinal meningitis and meningitis for 19 days. I was crippled in bed for 2 days. I could barely move... and got rid of lots of poisons in that time and then all of a sudden I said, well, now I've got now the test. Did I get better or did I get worse? Did I get stupid? And now, I can go back that far. That's a tremendous arch where I wasn't able to do it before."
- ---
Q: Regarding the mechanics of headache during meningitis: The question arose about the connection between meningitis swelling and skull pressure. Aajonus explains: "When the brain has a headache, the brain is swollen. And it puts pressure on the meningitis. I mean, yeah, the meningitis. And between the skull and the neurons. So that pressure on the meningitis is what a headache is." He then explains the hot water bottle tent technique and confirms: "85% of your headache is gone" after the skull relaxes.
- ---
Q: On whether specific viruses target specific layers: "There are 300,000 varieties of virus just for a cell, because a virus will be created to dissolve one specific part of its cells. So it's like we have a virus that will dissolve, let's say, the half of the upper layer of the meningi of the brain and nervous system. One virus to use just that one little part. And that's still just one little part of that whole layer of meningi."
